Technical Work

Our team comprises 32 members, including 11 in tech. I am a full-stack website designer and lead the tech team alongside our CTO, an experienced full-stack developer. Together, we oversee all technical aspects, ensuring seamless platform development and refinement.

Feasibility tests and user surveys completed

We aim to release a streamlined version by July 2025 and a beta version by Sep 2025.

Revenue Details

Our revenue during initial testing was $13,000 from:

Agent Fees: $9,700 (50% of first month’s rent)
Furniture Fees: $2,100 (10-15% commission)
Installation Fees: $1,200
